On the way to work this morning, I noticed the fog coming off a field pond as I drove by. I turned around to take a picture. After the picture was taken, I looked to the right and saw the barn, which was a pleasant sight; almost pastoral. After taking that picture, I looked to the left and there was the tree. The sun was bright, so I move about twenty feet to the right to have the tree tone down the brightness of the sun.
The lesson is that do not get so absorbed in a scene at the expense of missing other scenes of which one could capture on camera. Always look around.
