These are identical settings, albeit, one photo is normal and the other if IR (infrared), which I did by using an IR filter.  One has to focus the camera, adjust the shutter speed, and then put the filter on the lens.  Once the filter is on, one cannot see the subject due to the filter only letting in the light from the infrared band.  You just cannot see through the lens filter with the human eye.
