I had taken a similar picture previously and wanted to do it again.  As you look closely, you can see a reflection in the water drop of the trees nearby.  The image is inverted because the water drop is acting as a lens of a camera or eye which inverts the image before the camera or eye processes the image.

The second picture is the same only blown up, which causes the less than sharp effect.  You can make out the trees better
