The world is spinning around me.  Obviously, it is not the "No Spin Zone."  I sat in a swivel chair with the camera shutter speed on one second, held the camera out in front, depressed the button half way to let the camera focus, started to chair spinning slowly, and took the picture.  Took a number of shot to try to keep the camera steady.  Disclaimer:  If you are suseptible to motion sickness, do not spin too many times.  See note below picture.
